I do agree with your conclusion though, ME3 is going to bring down the house.

Shooters are the same exact game but they still compete for GOTY every year so I included them. Battlefield 3 looks freaking great. As for those MMO's, those three have been in the works for awhile and have all gained some positive press. They are even compared to WOW which is currently the most played game still and has been. I'm not saying they will win GOTY but they will definitely be up there because of how in depth the games seem to be. (Town sieges in Rift and GW2... Star Wars: Mass Effect basically...) Bioware plus Star Wars is always a winning formula. Look at KOTOR!

I do think Mass Effect 3 will win overall though. Mass Effect 2 was my game of the year last year and that was in competition with Red Dead Redemption and Starcraft 2.

Yeah. A sort of "mystery" game definitely appeals to me.

Yeah. It doesn't really exist. I just compare the peoples lists and see what is the majority winner. (IGN, Gamestop, Giant Bomb, etc etc).

Good year for games though.

I wish xbox had a Socom type game. Socom 2 was amazing.

No. No game can have that... as the MiLB players are not licensed as MLB players are... so since they don't own the license to those players, they have to be fake until they make their MLB debut.

Same thing with foreign players... they have to have a fake name until they make their MLB debut because they are not officially a part of the MLBPA until they get regular season game action.

gameplay of star wars: the old republic.

Starts off with an interactive cutscene you would see from kotor or mass effect but with all the players.

Then it goes to gameplay of an instance they run. Pretty simple stuff but the idea seems cool.

Yeah. It looks awesome. I'm kind of upset they didn't show the Bounty Hunter class. I was going to say Smuggler looks cool and then say the Sage and Vanguard looks even better but I came to the conclusion that every class seems awesome.

From those 4 classes and the bounty hunter, I'd say it'd be more along the lines of a sage.

I need to do more research.
