I love it! I am heavily involved in a full time fictional online league. We're through 11 seasons now and it gets better with every season.

We started the league in a fictional 1978... as an alternative to the MLB at the time.

Its awesome how the league creates such a rich history for itself the longer you play.

I got a call yesterday saying it'd be ready Monday at midnight.

I took it to mean last night at midnight... alas I was wrong.

Can't wait for it though! Especially when they finally have the roster update that includes Strasburg sometime during mid-season. Watch the pitching for the Nats go from like #30 up to low 20's!

I'm bummed because I have an exam tomorrow...but I'm gonna get it later this afternoon and get a couple games in. Can't freakin' wait to play.

Last year I used a custom roster from OS (Knight's) that had Strasburg. He was unreal. My first game was a one-hitter, and everytime I used him I owned.

No, for the 360. Brother only has a 360. If he wasn't getting it, I would get The Show first. I want to kick his ass, he owns me in Hockey.

I'm in on a potential WNFF The Show league...got my PS3 a few weeks back, exclusively for Blu-ray, Uncharted 2, and The Show.  Still, I'm counting down the days until MVP Baseball 2012.

if you desperately need a baseball game, then you should get it. if you want to save some money and can do without one, then dont.

Imo, MLB2k10 is actually pretty good. A lot better then MLB2k9. Seriously, don't let the past cloud your judgment on the new one. It's improved a lot. Tryout the demo if you haven't already.

I do agree with UMD though, BC2 is awesome.

I started a franchise with the Nats, but was sad to see that Stras isn't on the roster just some made up player who wasn't nearly as good. Anyways she works late tonight so I should be able to make some progress on game play

Not sure if you played 09 but they constantly update the rosters (like once a week during the season).  Most people wait until the Opening Day rosters come out to start their franchises.

Ya I thought about that, I'm not really getting too into it just kind of messing around. Anyways, thanks for the heads up on waiting til opening day rosters that's a good idea.

Stras isn't allowed on the roster due to MLBPA rules. You must have appeared in a game before you are allowed to be a member of the MLBPA and thus be able to have your rights in a video game.
