Actually, if there is a God, the Yankees will win the next five World Series' and force MLB to correct this mess they call a CBA.

Not sure a cap is the answer, but the luxury tax should be DOUBLED, at least.

Listen I'm all for a salary cap in baseball, but it's not the Yankees fault. They have the money, a brand new stadium and they wanted to spend it to make a splash. Good for them. I hope they don't make the playoffs.

It's hilarious to hear some of you wanting to jump off the ledge over this. And none of you are really going to give up on baseball. They can't buy a title. It has to be won on the diamond. They are just doing everything in their power to help their chances. I see nothing wrong with that and I wouldn't mind it if our team did the same thing. Winning is what it's all about and we should be outdoing ourselves to ensure we improve our chances.
