milledge is now batting .271 with 60 rbi on the season!

leader in rbi, stolen bases and tied for lead in homers.

Dude, I can't believe they left that pitcher in so long. Wanted to get his ERA from 15 to 18, I guess.

Gonzalez plays SS

he can play whatever he wants if he keeps hitting like this!  but in all seriousness it's gonna be an interesting battle between bonafacio and hernandez next spring training.

The Mariners-Angles game starts in like 5 minutes. Please let them end their losing streak so we stay within one game.

I'm almost 100% sure we'll lose tomorrow with Redding on the mound (Florida owns him) and Josh Johnson on the mound for the Fish.

Hes shown improvement, my only problem is we wont go after the BIG GUYS

He has to be given the budget for that. Plus he needs pieces to trade in return and people around here are unwilling to trade their favorite prospects.

BTW sportsfan, I watched the second part of the pilot episode of Lost the other night and since then I have taped about 10 episodes of season 1 on my DVr. I'm waiting to get a few more before I start watching them. I want to see what all the hype is about.

and i'll be at tomorrow's game.  would love to see the mariners win out, and for us to win the remaining games except for one.  then we are tied.  and we get the first pick.

hey i can dream!

Get ready to be left in the "wtf state" after watching. LOST is a great show. But does not beat my new, all time favorite, The Wire.

Why Alex White?

I'll settle for Grant Green. Him and Zim will make up our left side of the infield for years to come.

(Image removed from quote.)

Naturally, both would be good, But I think the Nats most pressing needs are an ace pitcher, which Alex White very well may be, he has velocity, a nasty slider, Ks, the works. He's just been overshadowed by Strasburg.

Maybe we'll luck out, and the Mariners will take a hitter and leave Strasburg to us.

I can dream.

Felipe Lopez just singled off of Jon Rauch who is getting his ass whipped again.

He gave up 4 hits and 2 runs in one inning of work.

Jon's numbers since joining Arizona: 23.1 IP 27 H 18 R 17 ER 6 HR 9 BB 22 K (0-6, 6.56 ERA, 1.54 WHIP).

Everyone here who criticized that trade should be banned.

You should dude. If those get you interested you can watch each and every episode for free in HD quality on ABC's website. Well worth it.

I didn't believe the hype at first either as I just started watching this past year but it is legit. By far my favorite show.

Already happened. After watching the second half of the pilot I PM'd n2p (who recommended the show) with a WTF! Too bad I couldn't find the episodes online.

I tried that the night after I watched the pilot but I couldn't get them to work. Maybe I did something wrong.

Sportsfan, it's not like Emilio has been lights out here.  A guy like Felipe Lopez I'll bash, but not someone like Jon Rauch who had some good years for us and gave it his all.  Flop didn't give a care and cost us plenty of games.

Did you see the numbers I posted? Rauch is 29 and has been disgraceful for the D'Backs. We raped them in that trade.

Bonifacio has shown some promise. He's only 23 as well.

I'll give that a shot. If it works, and the shows are intriguing, I may not sleep all night.

It worked sportsfan.     Goodlookinout, I'm watching the first half of the pilot now.

That's how I felt all summer. I watched each and every episode (All 83) starting in like May and finished in like August. I usually only watched 2 a night mainly because I had to get up at 5 AM.

I read and followed along with this awesome 168 page Lost thread on the Caps message board after each episode: http://boards.washingtoncaps.com/index.php?showtopic=21003&hl=Lost

The thread doesn't start until after season 1 took place though. The posters begin discussing at the beginning of Season 2.
