apparently, the streak is on.  Sometime between 3 and 4 PM, it maxed somewhere between 91 and 93 at DCA (I've seen 3 different temps reported by the national weather service).  18 days.  Today it was 87 at the CC metro video board at 1.  While that runs about 2 degrees warmer than DCA, DCA probably will top 90 today.
