Just open the link in an incognito window...

I tried and it still wants me to log in via google or facebook.  Or I can create an account with the times.

He punked me. That link has the ingredients but to get the cooking steps you have to click on a NY Times link which takes me back to the google/facebook login.

Gordon Ramsay eating ridiculously hot wings. This whole series is great, but this particular episode is one of the funnier things I’ve seen in a long time. I can’t stand him because he’s a jerk, but I genuinely felt bad for him.

Fair enough, but he reminds me a lot of the surgeons I worked with in med school.

Made this yesterday:

First time I’ve ever made a cake from scratch. Well worth the effort.

"Dabomb" sauce sucks - capsaicin extract sprayed on used Depends.  No wonder Ramsay needed to go evacuate something.

If you watch some of the other episodes, it’s clear that Da Bomb is put there purely for shock/comedic purposes. When Charlize Theron tasted it she just said, “that’s a dick move,” and I think Kevin Hart said, “why would somebody make this? To be jerks?” Here is Stephen Colbert doing an abbreviated challenge, which is also incredibly  funny.

I love hot sauces. I collect them like scotches. Da Bomb will never get anywhere near my house.

Desert island hot sauce if you can only have one?

This hard for me.  Sriracha for all of its recent popularity is incredibly versatile, and I have had a bottle on hand at all times for the past 30+ years.

Both of my parents grew up in Louisiana, so I’m a bit late to the Sriracha game. Or at least later than you. I was still ahead of all the hipsters.
That being said you’re right, it’s so versatile, you can put it on anything.

But, for nostalgia purposes I’d probably go with this one, since it’s what I grew up with. My parents put it on everything.

About 3 or 4 years ago I discovered Yellowbird Habanero Sauce. It is the closest thing to my do everything sauce this side of Sriracha. I can’t use it for everything because my wife doesn’t like anything hotter than Sriracha and Stiracha really does go better with more stuff, but I think the Yellowbird actually tastes better and packs more heat (I don’t think it’s close either). If you haven’t had some I’d definitely give it a try. It’s fantastic.

Yellowbird is nice...garlic driven (like Sriracha).

I'm kind of fond of the Cholula green jalapeno and poblano sauce.
