I can't believe how bad and unclutch he has pitched tonight. Way, way too many mistakes in crucial situations. The pitch location/selection tonight has been the worst I've seen all year.
No matter what people around here say, whether they insist Lannan is a better man than they are, I don't think Lannan is much more than a number 3.
Part of it MAY be that he's wearing down. If so, that should improve each year until he is strong enough to be solid for 200+ innings.
Finally. And yea, Lannan isn't more than a #2 or #3.

Damn, Lannan's about to get taken out, which I don't understand unless Manny or St. see something we don't. Estrada is no better.
I saw a pitcher that was throwing too many hittable pitches.
