ROFL!! @ the picture of Manny Acta when he was younger, I swear he looked just like Steven Seagal from the movie "Out for Justice" LOL. Dude looked like he had a "Jerry Curl", Kurtis Blow style. I couldn't stop laughing, man that was funny.

This stuff looks like ripe fodder for a "bloopers" style file!!  I thank God I was a young defensely child in the 70's, having been born in 69!

I might be old and part of AARP, but in the 70's, I never looked like the way Don Sutton or Bob Carpenter looked tonight.

It was a great promo-- the afros and headbands they put on the players on the scoreboard when they were at bat was hilarious ...

And some of those outfits the Natpackers were wearing were fantastic (in more ways than one.)

Also, as much as I love AC/DC's Thunderstruck as the Nats regular intro song, as a Who fanatic, having Baba O'Riley blasted over the PA system was such a great choice for '70s night, that I kind of wish they would change songs.

The ghost of TRJPWH is still hovering over Nationals Park. This may explain the string of injuries we have suffered.

Me too, I always nag and moan about how loud rock music all the time is annoying & just one more sign of the rank commercialism of MLB.  But last night I enjoyed it.  Zeppelin, the Who, Hendrix, etc
