They've been pretty good the last couple of games, though. I like when games are 0-0 late sometimes.

His longest outing of the season was his first start of the year in Philly (7 IP 0 ER). Coincidentally, that is the only time all year he has gone 7 innings.

Estrada has had a predictable garbage game today. Manny threw this game away by starting him and Felipe.

Sickening. 2 baserunners in 7 innings against an average pitcher.

i just traded for cain in my fantasy league... unluckily for me, it doesnt process till tomorrow.

Not quite. He had a 4+ ERA coming into this game. He walks way too many hitters but of course we have not been patient all game. Cain isn't horrible but he should not be shutting us out after 7 innings either.

His career ERA is 3.81, he's pitched four quality, injury-free years for the Giants, and he's only 23.  He's one of a kind.
