Wagner pitched another scoreless inning for Potomac tonight. He's now thrown 6.1 IP in Potomac while only allowing 1 earned run. They should move him up to AA or AAA soon.

Nice DP.

They're bringing him along slowly and I agree with that decision. I would let him pitch the maximum before calling him up. We have moves coming before we come back home anyway.

It's the hype surrounding Ledger's death. I'm waiting for next week to go see it.

I don't know why I'm so excited to see it. I didn't even like the last one very much. The reviews have been ridiculously good across the board, though.

yuck, 2 awful ABs. This game was lost when Redding gave up that 2-out, 2-run double in the second inning.

Boyer's been pretty solid this season.

They must've read the letters on the front of the uniforms and remembered who they are.

Figures. In the 9th we have two lefties and a PHer due up against their Left-handed closer, Mike Gonzalez.

Jurrjens is going to royally pwn us tomorrow. I see a 2-0 or 3-0 loss.

Lannan would probably have the exact same record as him if he was on the Braves. Both are solid. Should be a fun game, pitching-wise, to watch.

That at bat in the 2nd killed any chance we had to win this game.

You also saw Hudson doing the same thing against us tonight. Face it, you are not a psychic.

Yeah, but you just knew that even if we did score some runs against Hudson our pitchers would roll over. So predictable, man. If Redding had pitched well our offense wouldn't have done anything. We can never have both good pitching and good hitting in the same game.

The fact remains though, for some reason, we manage to score runs whenever Redding pitches.

Good outing from Manning.

This should be comical. A bunch of lefties against their Lefty.

Yep, they must like him for some reason. I don't know why they hate Lannan and Bergmann so much.

Well, as bad as this lineup tonight is, they are mostly all good contact hitters. I'm am surprised we scored this much, though.

Mike Gonzalez is a great setup man. I'm not used to seeing him close.
