Yeah, you can't do that to a guy w/ that much pulling power.

It's criminal that on one in the FO can see this or that they are unwilling to do anything to change this moronic hitting approach Harris has been teaching our players.

Maybe Pena and others need to wake up and realize that this approach did nothing for Harris but kept him on the bench for the majority of his career. It's fine if all they want to do is be on the bench and pinch hit but if they want to play on an everyday basis they need to junk his teaching.

It's because Lenny thinks that waiting back and going the other way will up contact percentage, when he should actually be teaching the guys how to get better reads out of the pitcher's hand. Waiting back and going the other way doesn't help a guy recognize pitches; it makes him waste crushable fastballs. That's OK if you are a contact hitter to begin w/, but not if you are supposed to be a power hitter.

Yep, everyone just needs to boycott Lenny's approach and not listen to his advice.

It'd be nice if some of the veteran guys and "team leaders" like Zimmerman, Johnson, Guzman went to Bowden and asked him to relieve Harris of his duties.

It's apparent that Manning is the keeper between him and Dirty Sanchez.

Neither is a keeper. They both suck ass.

yeah, but Manning isn't Mexican.

that gives him the "eagleskins advantage" over Sanchez.

That's a bad call but we're the worst team in the Majors so the umps take that into consideration on close calls/pitches. The better team always gets the benefit of the doubt.

ahh I love how Bob is so optimistic, "well Guzman's up this is good" except for the fact that were still down 3 runs and we don't have the hitters to come back with 2 outs

Wow, we are awful. Can't pitch, can't score runs, can't field. 14 games under .500 now after losing 3 in a row to the Giants at home.
