I do like that he hustles and plays balls to the wall, but I just think he tries to be a little too cute with the glove sometimes. That's why I have a lot of respect for Kearns's glovework - you hardly ever see him try to do too much and botch a high-risk play on a line drive or carom.

I'm loving Shawn Hill's outing today. I had him getting shelled today and as the only pitcher not to get a quality start in the YNOT competition, but with just 32 pitches in three innings he is looking fabulous, and with a little luck he'll be able to keep up the pace.

Mackowiak reminds me of Ade Jimoh that insisted he couldn't cover receivers to his full potential if he wasn't starting

He thought by saying that he would be immediately inserted into the starting defense.
