Design me an avatar

I have only MS Paint, which does not suffice to do what I want. :( Anyway, the avatar I envision is the white curly Nationals W, on a red background, except that everything is inside a little Texas outline. If anybody handy with the computer would like to design such an avatar I will repay you with ... uh ... copious thanks and my everlasting internet friendship.  ;)

Never mind, I made one, although the quality really stinks for now. Will try reloading as a jpg or something...
