i know i am kicking a dead horse here, but i still can't get over the fact that flores is supposedly set to start the season in aa.

Well, that's where he belongs, so hopefully the other guys stay healthy so he can get some needed work as an everyday guy in order to continue his development.

We need to see how Flores holds up over a full season of being "the Man".  that means 400-500 At Bats. he clearly wasn't going to get that in DC *this* season.

so I am comfortable with him starting in AA.

He is beyond toxic. He drinks nuclear waste for breakfast and pisses hate. That he is bi-lingual only means he can alienate twice as many people twice as fast.

catcher is going to be our weak link this season. we are solid at pretty much every position besides catcher.

   They aren't too kind about Lo Duca either.  Of course Estrada doesn't understand all this bad mouthing of him.

I think the expectation is that Manny Acta is a much more effective manager on the people side than Yost is, and that Manny can handle all these troubled types.  Let's hope that's the case.
