I'm getting misty eyed from thinking about my father taking me to MANY Opening Day games at RFK.  I've seen Frank Howard, Paul Casanova, Chuck Hinton, Dick Bosman, and all of MY Senators.  I've seen Mickey Mantle.  I've seen Roger Maris.  I've seen Killebrew.  I've seen Vida Blue, Al Kaline, Brooks Robinson and Frank Robinson and Boog Powell. I only wish there wasn't a 30+ year baseball void in my life.

I had the pleasure of having spider, madison (& little girl), salty, kim and company, the chief, ali and frau ma, all see each other

What a wonderful day!  Andrew was getting melodramatic a bit, too.  "I'll really miss this place"  over and over again.  But that's the only ballpark he knows.  The tributes today were phenomenal!  The crowd was really into it today, too!  That always makes it better.  We had friends to meet and visit.  Life was great!
