At least we got the W, thats all that matters! Maybe we can prevent Bosche from getting his 1,000th.

I'm not in the mood for fireworks either...not after that crap with Bonds.  But I'm happy about the win.

Oops

As long as I live, I will never forget that we won this game, in comeback fashion

And that Barry went to the showers and was drinking champagne while his team was losing. Classy.

Bacsik seems a lil too happy and noon-upset about giving up the jack. I'm startin to think he was paid off for this meatball jack. He's probably jsut happy that he'll always be linked with history now

Wow, Baseball Tonight just showed highlights of the game which consisted of every Bonds' AB and the 15 minute celebration.  After showing those highlights, Ravech said "Oh yeah, and the Nats won the game".

Oops

nothing to apologize for. I'm extremely happy we came back and salvaged some dignity and won the game. Props to our boys in gray and blue for being resilient and making sure they got the win.

side note, i wanna puke every time i hear Barry thank us. Loved seeing Ronnie just sitting there with his arms folded, so nonchalantly. I also think its kind of dorky for players to ask for a autographs from him.

Like I said earlier, it doesn't matter what else he does in his career, esp at his age.  This is all he will be remembered for now, and he probably is excited about it, because he would never have been remembered for anything otherwise.

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen N2P this mean before!

When Bacsik SAID on tv that he was PROUD to give up the homer, and that Bonds gave him an autographed bat, he should have been FIRED on the spot.  He should have told Bonds that he could take that bat and SHOVE IT UP HIS ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  DROP DEAD BACSIK, YOU SPINELESS WUSSIE crapHEAD!!!!!!!!!

LOL @ Bascik:

"I didn't ask for it, he gave it to me"

"giving it up to Barry Bonds is nothing to be ashamed of"

sincere apologies to PANatsFan, but such remarks are too funny for a young guy like me to ignore.

If only he was as good as a pitcher as he is as a speaker.
