that decision makes no sense... booooooooooooooooo.  no reason not to send Schneider there.  who cares if he got thrown out, the pitcher is up next.  he would have been able to come home standing anyways

The problem is that the pitcher was coming up and there were two outs.

You take the chance here, unlike when Tolman sent Bergmann home with Zimmerman coming to bat.  >:(

Doesn't matter the pitcher was up - you have to send him ... force the defense to make a play ..

i wasn't mad with that decision. i know the pitcher was up but i still think he made a solid decision there. Besides you don't want a pitcher to lead off the next inning anyway, and i'm postitive scheider wouldve been thrown out. He was rounding just as the cutoff man caught the ball. he wouldn't have even thad to rush the throw to throw scheider out
