It doesn't matter if they can't score against the mighty Chisox. They only have the Phillies next.

Dear KFC: using a fish-eye lens won't hide the fact that your "meal deal" is a single drumstick and a half cup at most of mashed potatoes.

righty now. Let's see how Leasure is suited.
I see what you did there.

Thanks for the answer to that. The reason I asked was because the White Sox runner, I think Pham, didn't touch back to first when he was stealing second and the batter fouled it off.
I don’t think the umpires enforce it anymore.

I had just told my wife I might slide down to KFC for the meal they've been hawking all day. She had talked me out of it though.

I haven’t read today’s game day thread but I don’t know how you can expect to score runs when the 3 best hitters aren’t in the lineup. Abram’s Garcia and Rosario

they've been throwing lefties at the Nats. I've been saying the lineup is really vulnerable to lefties as is. Crochet is one of the guys Slate touts. He's not wrong.

Looks like Wheeler, Sanchez and Nola although the latter two have not been announced. They will miss Suarez but also unfortunately Walker.

It's funny how fast things can change when we wonder how we could win without Garcia and Rosario in the lineup.

I think the Phillies have faced a bunch of lefties of late also. Are there more lefty starters now? Seems that way.

Struck out swinging at ball four at his eyes...

I don’t care how fast he throws ball four.  Oops. He swung at it.

so on the off chance we tie this, or even take the lead, ruiz catches and we lose the DH I think?

Grim. Davey took a chance with Senzel, Robles, and Nunez, putting Vargas in LF. Better with the best lineup of Lipscomb 3B, Rosario, Winker (back?) and Garcia.
