Minor league roster moves: 2023

Via talknats: “The #Nats have signed another NDFA with pitcher Matt Bollenbacher from Dallas Baptist University.  He has a 3-pitch mix with an upper 90's fastball, a  changeup at 90, and a slider in the mid-80s.”

we drafted his catcher then we drafted a DBU commit in the 19th round who turned us down.

Probably because he had an ERA over 6 last season and over 5 this season.

He throws strikes but is very hitable

I thought Baldo was the guide dog for the team that delivered the diptheria meds to Nome.
