The 2023 White Sox

There is currently an article on MLBTR about blowing up the 2023 White Sox who are currently sitting at 8-21. It brings up old friends Giokito and Lopez as they are rentals on the last years of their respective deals. Not sure the Sox can make the right moves to get the train back on the tracks, but another team shows you that what the Nats accomplished from 2012-2019 was difficult to do.

Giolito wrapped in with Tim Anderson could get them perhaps a couple of near-ready guys. That'd be similar to the structure of the Ruiz/ Gray deal, although with much smaller contracts involved and what would be seen as a step down in talent.
