For the ballpark to burn down, there'd have to be someone in it that cares.
I think he lasts until the team is sold, or maybe the off-season after the team is sold. I suppose if they came close to the 1988 Orioles start, they might can Davey to prevent the ballpark from burning down, but short of that, I don't see him not finishing the year.
