$4.9 million to Vaquero, which explains why the Nats could not sign Gutierrez this international signing period. Gutierrez signed with Texas for $2 million.

Sure. I read that he was 50/50 committed to us, given that the Nats would spend whatever it took to sign Vaquero. If Gutierrez had waited until the next signing period, maybe the Nats would have offered more than Texas.

I get he is really young and it's hard to project, bit where does he land in our Top Prospects right now? Just after House?
