« on: August 20, 2021, 03:58:15 pm »
I’ll take this one as I have a huge love for the Brewers logo. Simple and sweet. Go Nats!

Just something about that M/B ball on glove that did it for me when I was a kid.

Nationals:

1. Victor Robles (R) CF
2. A. Escobar (R) SS
3. Juan Soto (L) RF
4. Josh Bell (S) 1B
5. Carter Kieboom (R) 3B
6. Lane Thomas (R) LF
7. Riley Adams (R) C
8. Luis Garcia (L) 2B
9. Patrick Corbin (L) P

Brewers:

1. Tyrone Taylor (R) LF
2. Willy Adames (R) SS
3. E. Escobar (S) 3B
4. Avisail Garcia (R) RF
5. Luis Urias (R) 2B
6. Rowdy Tellez (L) 1B
7. Lorenzo Cain (R) CF
8. Manny Pina (R) C
9. Brett Anderson (L) P

4. Avisail Garcia (R) RF
5. Luis Urias (R) 2B
6. Rowdy Tellez (L) 1B
7. Lorenzo Cain (R) CF
8. Manny Pina (R) C
9. Brett Anderson (L) P

Brewers have a lefty going tomorrow, thus Bell gets this start and RZ I guess tomorrow.

Josh Bell’s platoon split have flipped this year. Weird but the sample size is no longer super small, or wasn’t when I checked a couple weeks back.

Escobar has turned into a pumpkin.   Move him down in the order.   Kieboom up

If he can pump 96, make him the closer

That fastball is a weapon.  No reason not to use it to set up the slider

Anyone ever look up Corbin’s ERA through his first four innings?

Why not exactly? He makes league minimum and is controlled for like 5 more seasons. Play him until he stops hitting.
