This is the guy
when do you think he'll be ready?
He’s better at literally everything than Senzel is right now
Absolutely no reason for this guy to be in Harrisburg
It's like there's a lot of skepticism about AA numbers. This seems a bit quick. Now if he has a great, and I mean great, month in AAA, do you push him up to the majors 2d half of August? I still would think that's premature.
I guess it couldn't hurt, but I still say you all seem way too excited about a guy who was OPS'ing under .750 at AA.
Almost an .800 OPS in Harrisburg. He absolutely needs to be on the major league roster in September, regardless of how he performs in Triple A.
House had a .734 OPS at Harrisburg. He hit .234, with OBP of .311. He needs to improve some at Rochester. https://www.baseball-reference.com/register/player.fcgi?id=house-000bra
No, he had a .734 OPS in Double A. He OPS'd .795 at Harrisburg.https://www.baseball-reference.com/register/player.fcgi?id=house-000bra&type=bgl&year=2024Like I said, he needs to get a cup of coffee in September, in order to prepare for next season.
Odd...I looked at the same Baseball Ref page and saw their 2024 summary down at the botton: same .234 average, .311 OBP, and .734 OPS. He hit better at Harrisburg last season....324 with an .833 OPS. He needs to hit better at Rochester.
I think Slate means at the Harrisburg ballpark. Home OPS
Right. The supposed black hole for offenses that was the justification for Crews getting called up.
