Are you freaking kidding me.   Astros haven’t had an out like that all series.  Of course our biggest star has the weakest contact with the ball on that out.   That sucked

Drive his pitch count up. Verlander looks vulnerable. We just can’t get a critical hit when we need it
this is the end of the season tonight. you cant just keep talking about it like it will magically appear at some point.

its tonight or its over.

And based on what im seeing its game 3 all over again and once stras goes out if we dont have 5 runs this bullpen will blow it.

Scherzer can only pitch tomorrow if the bats wake the freak up.

Hell at this point, Scherzer would probably have better contact than half our lineup.

They had all of the 2nd inning. Wasn't it all ground outs?

I mean if we lose this series it won’t be explicitly because of the strike zone. But we have been freaked so hard by it

Assuming he can move his arms.

I’d argue he’d still be better than some.  :P

If he walks Springer, it's a double

Stras is looking good.  He's going deeper in the game than Verlander.

Time for a rally, boys.

Stras is dealing against arguably the best lineup in the game.  It’s time for a rally.

Did you all see the letter in the WaPo from an Astros fan?
Very complimentary of Nats fans.
