Is this guy’s curve really that deceptive?  They are swinging at balls bouncing up there.

Would've liked to see him ambush that 3-0 right down the  middle

I don’t know why it’s unthinkable to bump Eaton down in the order.

So I suppose we should then expect him to the the hero of this game?

I’d bench Eaton once Robles is healthy.

You don’t remember how everyone pilloried Turner for swinging 3-0 in a game last month.

When Robles is healthy, do you give taylor a start in right?

Nats need a threat hitting in front of Rendon. Eaton isn’t cutting it

No.

Why not? More speed in the lineup. Better defense. More power. What’s the downside? Eaton’s spot in the lineup shouldn’t be cemented.

Eaton should come around. And it’s a benefit having the lefty bat in the lineup in front of Rendon.

I don't think Giolito would be hitting any better.

Look at their offensive stats for the year. Taylor didn’t even hit much in Double A. It’s nice to see him sling in a few hits but Eaton is more likely to hit over the series. Also righty starters for the Cards.
