it was in a different time zone
Harsh.
It hit his glove. It's a recurring thing with him. He drops a throw just about every game he plays at first.

Howie's short.  He's a compact target.

I just switched to the MLB channel.  It said Corbin pitched 5.1 innings and gave up two earned runs.  Please tell me that's a mistake?

Phillies 6th Hernández grounded into fielder's choice to third, Bryce "The Traitor" Harper scored on throwing error by third baseman Rendon, Pirela to second, Kingery out at third, Pirela safe at third on throwing error by third base.

Not sure how that's an error. You cant give an error to a fielder on a double play.

Poor throw.

I know that. But you can’t assume a double play. But as explained above. The error wasn’t on the run scoring (it was an earned run) it was on the runner advancing from second to third.

I can’t see how the Nats can possibly win this now that it’s in the hands bullpen.

At this point Parra is less valuable than MAT.

I think Bob and FP mentioned something about the force at third created the error.    Not sure it is due to some arcane rule or a bad throw.

I'm trying to visualize this bullpen getting 9 outs before allowing 4 runs.
