Rainey reminds me of Treinen. Throws hard with so much movement that he sometimes can't command his heater.

Rainey plays better when the score is tighter.   Guys have pressure to swing the bat and tie it up.  When they are hunting walks to get guys on base to make up a big deficit is when Dave needs to put in a guy you know is going to throw strikes.
