Mound visits and cold green beer

If the catcher and pitcher were to meet in the first base coaches box would.....should.....it count as a mound visit?

Considering the box is occupied by a coach for the other team, I doubt they would protest too hard

Exactly what I was thinking and to make it clear maybe the pitcher and catcher could call time and meet the coach in the dugout.
