I hope Ernie left an envelope with his preferred pick. Luckily no second round pick so they can focus on the first.

I don't follow the NBA/Wiz beyond what happens to Terps but clap it up for AOL Ted not hiring a GM by the draft.

I like Hachimura. I don't know if he was the best guy on the board, but he looked good when I saw Gonzaga-Duke at the start of the season

Thinking the Celts take the French  center with 14 if he's on the board

guess they want more wing guys.  I suppose they have the center from Texas A&M from last year. Bol Bol or Goga should be there at 20

Irving, Horford, likely Morris, and Rozier. The thought was they would take euros and leave them for a year, then use the money saved for a max free agent.

I read Horford didn't renew his option (whatever they call it).

Looks like the Cs ended up with Milwaukee's #1 for next year, plus 4 draftees, but had to put Aaron Baynes in a deal.

The Nets lucked out.    The NY press will dump on the Knicks for a year or two.    By then, they'll turn on the Nets.

They refused to give a max deal to KD.

Lakers have reached out to Kwahi.

I’m sure that’s how they will try and spin it for their fans.

To be fair, achilles are one of the few injuries that can derail NBA careers

this.  I guess there's some sort of cap relief under the NBA rules when a star player gets an injury, but Durant may end up being the best non-signing the Knicks have done.  I doubt Durant plays the first year of his contract, and you don't know what you are getting after that.  If it is just Kyrie and Green, are the Nets elite?
