I don’t think they should.

State law says the race has to be held in Baltimore. So the legislature would have to vote to move it. And I think they are done for the year.

I don't think it's wrong to trust Doolittle to be able to save a 3 run lead.  But like FP says, sometimes teams get picked up by seeing anyone else than the starter dominating them.   Strasburg's pitch count is low, why not let him save Doolittle for another day?
