Jefry Rodriguez.... 5th starter, or middle relief capable of more than one inning?

As it stands now, a starter. We’re a little short there.

Somehow, I don't think that's the Nationals plan now. Or in the future.

I dont think they have one yet. Honestly,  I think this offseason is going to be a fight between the Lerners and Rizzo. Rizzo will want to spend on free agents, the Lerners will want to re-sign Harper.

I meant going forward. I think either Fedde or Rodriguez gets converted

I’m liking Pizon as the starter ahead of Fedde. God help us if they’re both in the rotation next year.

Seems like it. Let's hope the Lerners come to their senses.

who else would be in favor of a Soto, Robles, Harper outfield next year? Provided Harper resigns.

I don’t see what purpose Eaton serves on this team. He’s not young. Not a game changer. Can’t play CF anymore. Time to embrace youth and build for the future.

I'm going to head to the store.  Maybe they can score while I'm gone.

If Harper resigns, I’d love to see an outfield of Soto, Robles, Harper. The potential is unlimited.

Because freak guys with a .380 OBP, right?

Guy is hitting 295/.384/.413 in his Nationals career, but we dont have a place for him?!?

Wasting another decent pitching performance.

The worst part of this streak is wasting these performances from the starting pitching. Max, Gio, Roark, and now Pizon have all been stellar.

I’m starting to worry about Pizon. He looks like he’s about to break.

Plays a good corner, gets on base, runs well (well enough, anyway, and should be better next year), and costs little for the next few years.
