All because of some crappy pitching and catching.

Had him 0-2 - had to put him away. No excuse.

Man, these guys freaking suck. I think every player on the roster is worse than last season except Max.

Seems like a shutout would be the most appropriate way to end this series.

And Madson does not backup the throw to the plate properly. How many years before you learn Madson??????

Definitely need to start stringing some wins together. Need to play .600 ball from here on out to get to 90 wins.

Rizzo needs to start getting plans in order to sell. We are spiraling down and need to be ready to send out as many guys as we can.

Sell what? Why do people keep posting this? The reason that the Nats are in this position is because none of the players we expected to perform are performing. So what do they have to sell?

We're not going to get a haul for anyone, but Bryce can be traded, Goodwin/Difo are bench options for teams, Herrera can be flipped again, Madson can be dealt, if Murphy gets hot he could go to an AL team that could use a DH (on the hope he gets hot in the postseason), Gio can be dealt.

It'll be quantity over quality for sure. It's time to just shake up the roster and make the statement that the guys for 2019 are Eaton, Rendon, Turner, Max, Stras, Soto & Doolittle.

We have literally ZERO pitching prospects in AAA who project to more than fodder and have limited options all the way down to A-ball. we need bodies, even if they're teams' #15-25 prospects.

Most of those players will not garner anything on the trade market. Basically, Herrera is the only one

Nick Pivetta was a meh prospect for us who was traded for known clubhouse pyscho Papelbon. You take what you can get and you move on. Why is keeping everyone the better option? We need to re-stock the system with guys who are in AA or AAA and project to be meh overall, especially when it comes to arms. We weirdly have the guys for that.

Gio has a 109 ERA+ as a lefty. Starters always have value at the deadline, especially lefties.
