The area near the hockey arena, on the bay,  would be a great location for a retractable roof stadium.

The SJ Sharks played in the "Cow Palace" their first few seasons.  Basically a 4H piglet race kind of place.

That game sucked like a three-dollar whore, and the Rays fans are even worse amateurs than the DBacks fans. Thank god for beer.

TBH there were a fair amount of Nats fans there. Still plenty of empty seats, for sure, but pretty impressive nats fan  turnout, especially considering it’s a weekday series against a meh opponent in a meh ballpark.
