Twitter was a lot better before they decided that chronological order of posts wasn't the best order.

If you use Tweetdeck, you can set up a list of Nats Twitter users, and have a column just for them. It's a more passive experience, but usually more informative if you are following Nats writers, bloggers and reporters.

I use it a lot on gamedays when the GDT has devolved.

True, we get to decide who runs against us for Moderator positions. We also count the votes to make sure the elections are fair.

I found a couple of old threads about "blogger's night" that Spinman and Kimnat worked to organize, but not the group picture.

Nat of the living dead posted one but since then The Chief had to eliminate allowing direct loading of pictures to the forum, you have to link now.

I have no appetite for being a mod. I've done it before and with a wife and a kid now--I don't have the energy.

Tom, over time I have met a number of the old mlb posters. Some I can remember their real names but not poster names.
Sofia who I run into at the park on occasion; Daveinmd; Powrboater; yourself I believe and some oters. All good people.

I see DaveBinMd frequently. Count his strokes if you play golf with him however. Kimnat used to post here but moved on. I run into her around town once in a while. Same with Shoeshineboy. We had lunch at gas station tacos in G-Burg in mid-2012 and the Nats have been a new team ever since.

Go to the Members tab above, and sort members by date joined, you'll see the wave of people that nearly all started in the "official" forum but ran over to here when that board was so troll ridden as to be barely usable.
