Topper Shutt? he was a local weatherman in this area some time ago and notorious for missing snow/sleet forecasts
in fact there was a radio jingle that went something like this, to the tune of Let it Snow:

well, the weather outside's not frightful
and i'm feeling kinda spiteful
and there's something Topper Shutt should know
he's a ho, he's a ho, he's a ho

With Verizon FIOS, if you hit the Last button on the remote, does it:
1. Bring up the last channel, or
2. Display the last 9 channels viewed. Both Xfinity's new cable box and Cox Cable's Countour Box provide this feature, which is so much better.

The blue light remains on 24 hours per day, for both Xfinity/Comcast and Cox cable.

I'm usin' a SONY remote.      It has a "recall" button and it goes back to the last channel viewed.

IT MAKES NO SENSE TO START ROARK

THE RAIN WAS A BLESSING

STRAS AND MAYBE GIO ARE BETTER THAN ROARK AND MAYBE STRAS

THIS IS INSANITY  STRAS IN A MUST WIN GAME FFS

YOU ARE GOING TO LET THE SEASON RIDE ON ROARK

I WONDER IF BORAS WON'T LET HIS PRECIOUS STRAS PITCH HE SEEMS TO RUN THIS TEAM...  NOW COME THE BS EXCUSES "HE IS UNDER THE WEATHER" "HE DID HIS BP WORK TODAY"

WTF DIDNT THEY STOP HIM DOING HIS BP WORK WHEN RAIN IS LIKELY? RIDICULOUS WHEN YOU SEE PITCHERS PITCHING UNDER ALL KINDS OF CONDITIONS SHORT NOTICE INJURIES ETC IN THE PLAYOFFS REMEMBER SCHILLINGS BLOODY REPAIRED TENDON AND STRAS CANT GO BECAUSE OF A COLD LOL

STRAS WITH A COLD IS BETTER THAN ROARK HEALTHY

The Bleacher Report notification on my apple watch said they are keeping Roark as the SP and noted (illness) next to Strasburg's name in the alert.  Haven't seen anything about that other places though.

Massive nightmare if Roark actually does start tomorrow.  Won't matter anyhow because we'll be getting shutout on 1, maybe 2 hits.

Honestly...that's how I'm looking at it.  As well as Stras and Max have pitched, we should have swept this series.  If the hitting isn't there in game 4, we could put Nolan Ryan out there and it wouldn't matter...
