I said that before game 2 and they won. And no one gave Dusty credit and no one took Maddon to task for questionable pitching moves that cost the cubs the game. But the knives are out again.

The bats haven’t performed. At all.  That’s why the Nats are down 2-1. If they manage 3 runs a game they sweep.

For the record, the Nats win win game 4 too, I think.

Maddon has been to two WS and won one of em in the last decade.  Dusty, in a long career, having managed the likes of Barry Bonds, Wood/Prior, Joey Votto, and now Bryce Harper, has only ever been to one WS, choked miserably at that, and hasn't done squat in the playoffs ever since.

Rizzo could've put together a better bullpen a lot sooner than this summer, but he chose to sit on his hands and pray that trash heap findings would turn into something other than trash.

You have me mixed up with the shiner posters. I didn't believe this team would win this series. I thought they would either get swept or lose in 4. But I love the Nationals and will watch every game no matter what.

Strasburg and Scherzer allow 3 hits combined and we lose both games.

It's inexcusable how arguably the best lineup in the league has 11 hits in 3 post season games.

It's too bad Eaton was lost. He is the scrappy table setter we need. I have been high on Taylor but he needs to sell out on that Rizzo blooper. This isn't spring training. That was his ball.

And WTF is Werth in there in the first place. Why is Robles on the roster.
