News sites and papers use the TV scheduled start time, not first pitch or kickoff for football. It was very irritating when I played fantasy sports, since you could make lineup changes until the game started.I use the ESPN Nationals Schedule for WNFF, which also lists the starting pitchers. I don't think any MLB team starts games at the top of the hour.
