Here's hopin' they say that about my golf game tomorrow.
Best 8 hole hitter in baseball.
The weird thing is that by the simple sense in which they meant to use "crooked number" to denote plural runs scored in an inning, 0 would also qualify as a crooked number and that's the number that shows up in boxscores the most.
Zero is perfectly round. Not crooked at all. 11 isn't a crooked number or a straight number. Since it's plural. crook·edˈkro͝okəd/ adjective: bent or twisted out of shape or out of place.
What about an 8?
