Have folks been getting points for loading e-cash?  I just put some money on my card, which is supposed to give me RCR points, but they didn't show up automatically.  Is there a lag?

Last season there was a lag, maybe 3-4 days? I haven't loaded e-cash this year but I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess they haven't improved this particular technology lately :D

It's definitely not instantaneous. And the eCash thing is new this year. That's being said, there seems to be zero recording of points accrual. So I don't know what I've actually gotten points for.

They're advertising it as a benefit this year.  Load $100 ecash, get 100 RCR pts.  But it doesn't seem to work automatically.  Pain in the ass if you have to hassle them to have it reflected correctly.

I loaded two cards with $100 each before the season began.  I got nothing...

Seems like they decided to advertise it, but decided not to actually design the system for it to happen.  Hard to know whether it's incompetence or intentional.  It's unfortunately typical though to have to watch them and press them to actually receive promised benefits.

Spoke to my rep yesterday, he said the process to add points for ecash has not yet been automated, it must be done manually.  If you are missing points due to adding, you should speak to your rep.

Ok, thanks.  I figured that might be the case, but what a pain.  They know most people won't bother following up, and they'll just a get away with not issuing the points they promise.  Very shady, if you ask me.

The problem is, I don't know if I'm missing points. It's hard to keep up with every code I put in, every ball park entry and how soon before game time it is, how much cash I've loaded on each card. So I have no idea whether the point total they give me is correct. Which I guess is by design.

Well...this is odd.  401 points that I didn't have 2 hours ago just showed up in my account.  Maybe it was for loading my e-cash?

The odd dollar would be the one they charge when you sign up for automatic top-up.

EDIT:  This must be it...I have loaded $400 on our cards, plus the $1.

I just looked and got an extra 500 points. They must be doing a mass update. Or they are reading WNFF.

I got 100 points that I was missing from having loaded ecash as well.  I wonder if it was done manually where they looked at all the ecash that's been loaded and added it, or if an automated process is up and running now.
