Oh wow I just remembered VaRK Mitlen and the Phillie fan are there, at least I can clean my house and do something productive while this mess is on, they're trapped poor things.

...and G'burg...  :(

Beat writers are all crowing about how Zimmermann can't get any recognition in his last home game as a Nat. Would you seriously want to get booed in your last home game?

Just to look at the numbers, if the scores hold up in the Nats and Mets games tonight, the Mets would have to lose every game for the rest of the season and the Nats would have to win every game left in the season to tie.

So you're saying there's still a chance...

Booing Zimmermann??? He'd have gotten a standing ovation. Williams should have pulled him with two outs. Ridiculous move to save a bullpen arm with the game and season already pissed away.

That's pretty brutal. On the other hand he will probably be that much happier to be pitching in front of Chicago dog addled cretins

A standing ovation from how many people? How many people at the game do you actually think know that this is his last home game? I'd say maybe 200 tops.

100%, the casual fans are gone, the core 10K are all that are left.

These bobbleheads are the kiss of death. Has anyone notched a win on their bobblehead game?

Could not agree more, Jordan deserved a moment in his last home game in a Nats uniform :(

That swing would have looked really good any of the last three days, Jayson.

Frankly, if his season ending on a sour note contributes in any way to MW's departure, I'm down with that.
