Scherzer will prevent that from happening tomorrow.
We're just toying with them right now. Lots of ball to go tonight.

Walking the eight hitter to get to the pitcher sure backfired.

Fire Williams?

Hmmph.  Emotional Rollercoaster.  Got back from Buddy Guy concert (awesome).  Then, turned on the telly expecting to see the game recap and it's still in the 3rd 0-0 (awesome, I get to see the game still).  Then disaster strikes.  Big inning coming up I hope.

As I usually ask small children when they are throwing an "I WANT" tantrum; How does it feel to want?

That usually confuses them for a whole second. Try it!  ;)

Ha! And last night I was this close to posting, "The crux of the biscuit is the apostrophe."

This pitcher sucks. How can we light up their ace last night and then make this bum look so good?

Apparently Schu and Williams just love Desmond so I don't see that happening.

It would be nice if Williams made Desmond just not swing anymore.  At least he could help get the pitch count up

Same lineup that scored the most runs that Shelby Miller had given up all year last night.

I can't believe that thread had fallen all the way down to page three. But not any more...

meh, they are too inconsistent. Rendon getting hurt again is such a dagger. He was just starting to get rounded into form.
