All 9 Nats starters have a hit.

Including Desmond.

only took 2 months, but it seems as if our rotation is finally living up to its pre-season billing.

First time they've been healthy all season.

I guess you don't remember 2013 or the first half of 2014.

14-5 over the last 19. It's very cyclical.

That's probably it for Fister today. If Scherzer stays hot and good Gio stays hot the Nats could actually make a run at the record.

I remember Drysdale doing 58 scoreless innings.    The Pirates were part of that then record.   :)

Drysdale during that streak actually got the HBP called for a strike because the batter made no effort to get out of the way. Bases were loaded too methinks. Max could only hope to be that lucky.

Drysdale was mean.   :)    He'd knock you down in a heartbeat.

How good is it to see Fister looking good again?  God, if we can just stay healthy and get Zimm back and Werth to hit .270 I might join the sunshine squaders.

Maybin is the Braves best offensive player other than Freeman.  I'll bet they could get something for him.
