When I had one of those, right afterwards I stumbled from the outpatient clinic to an Ethiopian restaurant halfway to my house and proceeded to stuff my face with craploads of food and drink about 10 beers. It was great. I hated that PEG prep crap the day before, felt like I was turning inside-out like a sea cucumber.

Orioles are crushing the Phillies. Nats are crushing the Rays. USA is about to beat Nigeria. Strange night.
