You still need him to get a save if you get the lead.  Have to use someone else.  Unfortunately, there is no one else reliable left in the pen.  Past Storen and possibly Janssen, the pen is dreadful.

agreed, but at least it would give us a chance to get the go aheasd run and hit the bottomg of the Yanks order.  ahh well, looks like Treinen is actually doing ok this time

Its obvious that Michael A. Taylor is not a replacement for Denard Span at the plate. He is a replacement for Ian Desmond. Low average guy who strikes out a lot but hits the ball a long way.
