while we all Nag on the Nats, the Mets have one hit in4 innings and have faced 35 pitches against an absolute nobody

Gray is something like the #30 overall prospect, so not a nobody. Only his second MLB start

I'd say 2013 currently leads that race (unless we are going to go back to 1994)

This is much worse than 2013 because the Braves were actually good and the team won 86 games.  The Mets stink and this team will struggle to get to .500.

So depressing. Really can't believe we lost 2 of 3 to the freaking ass Rockies.

Their bullpen is so bad that we should have easily won every game even if we did little vs their starters.

There will never be worse than 1994.

2013 for the team in this city.

After the Mets took the lead, the Rockies barely even tried...but beating the Nationals was like the 7th game of the World Series based on their effort.

The Nationals should be more embarrassed right now than they were yesterday afternoon.

That's why they are in last place--not a good team

The Nats should have swept. Storen pissed away Friday's game and the offense had a chance on Sunday in the 9th to win and our 3 top players pissed themselves. Just a horribly costly disaster of a series.

FYI, the Mets currently on a 7 game homestand, have played 57 home games and 55 road games.  The Nationals are currently on a 10 game road trip, have played 55 home games and 57 road games.

At the end of the Mets current homestand (six more games), the Mets will have played 63 home games and 55 road games.  The Nationals, 55 home games and 63 road games and the Nationals will have three more road games when the Mets finally go back on the road.

When the Nationals finish their current road trip, they will have played 55 home games and 66 road games.  The Mets, 63 home games and 58 road games.

And the Mets just came off a 7 game road trip with a 4-3 record, while we finished a 7 game homestand against losing teams with a losing record. Doesn't matter where you play, win the damn game.

2012 Nats are what these Mets are. great starting pitching, 1 timely hit gets them wins
