The Mets broadcasters are soo much better than our TV guys (although I would take C&D over anyone but Scully). Cohen is making fun of the Cards for not doing a 14th Inning stretch, "is it too anti-tradition?"

I thoroughly enjoyed this weekend's reprieve from Carpenter. I know people like to give Johnny a hard time but at least he knows how observe and describe the action opposed to inane homerism.

Nats have scored 379 runs this year. Mets 314 while playing two more games. We're struggling but not as bad as them.
