Scherzer starting to regret signing deal with underachieving Nats - as per his agent.

Now that's funny.  Scott Boras doesn't give a damn about achieving or underachieving.   When you post bullcrap at least be realistic.

Steaming garbage.  Come on people, we have to start using superlatives now.

That's not a superlative.

Pretty deflating, isn't it? Escobar-Lobaton-Espinosa in the 9th doesn't really inspire much confidence either.

Last time I checked, Escobar was leading the team in OPS.

There's just no excuse for that crap. These are veteran hitters making these mental mistakes. Unacceptable.

Zimmerman knows better. Two on and nobody out down 3 in the 8th and he is hacking away after a walk.

Yep. Surprised he went after the first pitch.

I enjoyed being at the game today.  But that fielding resulting in 4-1 was nuts!! It looked like a bunch of boys playing tee ball!

When I heard that on the radio on the way home (top of the 8th with 2 outs UGH) I knew the small chance we had before to get 2 runs in 2 innings was shot to hell.

Yeah. It was bad.  The offense wasn't much better.  They kept hacking away, swinging for the fences instead of playing small ball.

Who in the baseball world thinks this team is a contender? We keep seeing the same BS we saw for the last couple of years....limp offense, untimely defensive eff-ups, zero clutch hitting, and erratic pitching from the alleged star-studded staff....plus the usual bonehead mis-managment....
does this collection of clowns practice being bad? It sure looks like it...whiffing at cheese, watching strikes, bobbling balls, heads up rear ends on defense....this team will likely finish the season with an all time record of errors committed....the over/under = 110...I say over. As is this season. It's a pathetic joke.....the other teams will have to try to lose for the Nats to remain somewhere around .500....
