Fister continues to leave the ball up in the zone. He is not keeping his sinker down this year at all. Baffling.

When Fister is bad, he's barely a major league pitcher.

I'm sure he's doing it on purpose.

high 80s fastball up and down the middle repeatedly. He's been doing it all season and had been lucking out. Not generating as many groundballs like last year.

a lot of sinker ball pitchers have problems early and for some reason dont get the ball down until they get a little tired

So glad I have OOTP 16 so I can live in my fantasy world.

In my playthru second season we beat the Cardinals in 7 in the NLCS and went on to sweep the Indians. Ted Lerner died the night before Game 4. Many feels.

I was in Richmond today and ran into a guy with a Cards' hat at COSTCO.   I had my OD hat on.   We spent about 20 minutes BS'ing baseball.

I guess a 1-2-3 inning from our pitching staff is too much to ask for. We have no trouble on the other end though.

Doug Fister is definitely the #5 on this staff.

game over. The Nats did not come to play tonight.  Sad, could have gone over .500.

Fister looks awful and offense has no fight in them.
