Here is BA's mid-season top 10 for the Nats:

Shamw we no longer have Pivetta...we traded him...for Papelbon, if I am not mistaken.

Baseball America does the Nats on Jan 4.
If you look at the dates of the teams before and after, I think the Nats will be on Nov 4.

Pivetta did not pitch well in double A. I don't think he will be in the Phillies top ten.

Do they consider Difo more than a utility infielder?

Nice. 3 in the top-100, probably. Maybe 4. Surprised Stevenson is that high

with 30 teams, shouldn't an average system have 3 in the top 100?

I love Robles as #3. I have a man-crush, fan-boner, semi-delusions of him being an Andrew McCutcheon type player.

Not really. Here's the breakdown from the 2015 list:

By Organization
7    Red Sox, Mets
6    Diamondbacks, Cubs, Nationals
5    Rockies, Twins, Pirates, Rangers
4    Royals, Dodgers, Blue Jays,
3    Reds, White Sox, Phillies, Cardinals, Padres, Rays
2    Orioles, Astros, Angels, Marlins, Brewers, Yankees, Mariners
1    Braves, Indians, Athletics, Giants
0    Tigers

I like Stevenson a lot--contact hitter, fast, good CF, according to reports.

I do too. I think his defensive skills will get him somewhere.

Lopez below Fedde is odd. Kinda gets into the discussion we were having in the other thread.

so team 13-18 have 3 in the top 100- i.e. you can expect an average team to have 3 in the top 100

Lopez is younger and raw. Scouting reports say he doesn't use his lower half as much--a lot of arm action to generate the velocity. Fedde, I think, is a more finished product and probably closer to the majors, time-wise.

Sure. I included that to show that some systems are pretty bad. I think the Nats have 3 guys in the top 100 this year, but possibly 5 (Fedde and Lopez).

Having that many, given potential graduations to the Majors of Ross and Turner (and soon to be Giolito), would be great.

Ross is counted as already graduated.

really hoping Cole can have a good year in 2016, it's make or break time for him.

I still think he could make a good starter. I bet he ends up in the bullpen this year, though

You gotta wonder if trading him the first time was the right idea.

Without looking I'd guess...

1. Little Gio
2. Turner
3. Lopez
4. Robles
5. Fedde
6-10. The rest
